[Bug 12553] Toolbars misplaced, hidden

Okay, I've made alot of debugging and research (as much as my knowledge of it
allows) and was not able to figure out what's the problem is.

But now I am pretty sure that images resizing has nothing to do with it. At
leas I was not able to find any connections.

Any directions how can I help you resolve this bug are welcome.

P.S: Is there a way to join this bug with bug #12542? I'm not too sure how to
do this, I mean would marking bug as duplicate remove it?
