Under Wine 0.9.57, this problem appears resolved.  Actions under Wine and
Windows XP are the same when minimizing the main window (window minimizes to
system tray icon if the tray icon is enabled in system preferences), and
maximizing from the tray icon or task bar.  Therefore this problem is
considered resolved and fixed.
