[Bug 34871] Visualboyadvance-M crashes with directx renderer

This is the third case I have seen of Pentium 4 era machines with intel
graphics chipsets crashing directx applications with terminal output containing
strings of "fixme:d3d:check_fbo_compat...". See

Also, I was unable to reproduce the bug with Visualboyadvance-m on 1.7.12 with
an i7-3770k/580 GTX with proprietary drivers.

I suspect this bug has to do with missing rendering features in graphics
drivers for very old intel chipsets. Suggesting all future occurences of this
pattern as a duplicate of this bug.
