[Bug 20708] Regression: 3DMark 2000 installer fails

Opps...

1. If you say in subject "Regression", you have to say, which version works for
you.

2. The error message is exactly the same like in WinXP SP2.

3. AppDB even mention failures in WinXP SP3

This probably means, that installer is faulty thus this bug report will turn to
invalid status.
