In Galactic Civilizations II there are spaceships drawn using lots of textured facets. These appear to draw correctly, albeit slowly, when using mesa but only a few fragments are drawn using fglrx driver.
Debug output when using fglrx driver shows never ending error:

I'll attach screendumps showing the problem but the relay log to the point when the issue is demonstrated is > 500MB and almost 10MB compressed, so I won't attach that for now!
