Actually GSUB_apply_feature eventually stop with a final message:

0234:fixme:font:GSUB_apply_feature We only handle SubType 1

0234:err:system:NtUserChangeDisplaySettings Changing (null) display settings
returned -2.

winecfg -> Windows 2000 launches unlike Windows 95 and exhibits the same black
screen bug which produced the same logs above.
