there is no crash data in that log but a hint what you did wrong:

Game not running from installed location: EXITING.FifaExit called. We are done.

Please do so, e.g. "cd" to './FIFA12_EU/Game' and run 'wine ./fifa.exe' ;-)

That ".NET required" message looks like a different issue, not resulting from
running "fifa.exe".
