[Bug 16487] SOE Station Launcher does not display windows

I can confirm that it works by launching the application from the console and
setting Windows version to Win98. Still shows the mentioned error, but it
works. I had ie6, flash and msxml6 packages installed by using winetricks.

Not sure if the bug shall be left open as the error is still there and I'd
consider this a workaround.
