[Bug 31480] I want to run window application in linux with wine but we getting error while running this.

Please, update the summary to contain more useful information like "Program <X>
crashes when ..."

Never run wine as root (http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ/#run_as_root)

Try again in the latest development version of wine (currently 1.5.10).

Also, fix your setup:
err:ntlm:SECUR32_initNTLMSP ntlm_auth was not found or is outdated. Make sure
that ntlm_auth >= 3.0.25 is in your path.
err:ntlm:SECUR32_initNTLMSP Usually, you can find it in the winbind package of
your distribution.
