[Bug 23806] StarCraft II crashes because of ACCESS_VIOLATION before the loading screen

It sometimes crashes with "Internal Battle.net Error" and sometimes with
ACCESS_VIOLATION.

Funny thing is that sometimes I run it with WINEDEBUG=relay, I come to the
login screen and the crash does not happen. This points to a race condition, as
stated in IRC.
