Far File Manager repainting issues

Repainting is _broken_ as well.

1. There are occasional horizontal lines inserted when moving the cursor up or
down.
2. Repainting causes 100% CPU use (again when you're moving the cursor up or
down). That wasn't the case in Wine 9.16.
