[Bug 9256] S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Major slowdown near anomalies or in high RAD areas

Nope still present here. When just standing in the high radiation place frame
rate seems to be okish. But as soon as I start moving it drops down to 1-2 FPS.
As soon as "white noise" effect stops, FPS back to where it was before.
