[Bug 25717] Japanese fonts sometimes shifted to the left

We don't do any of the crap listed there, and reading about it fills me with
hate. But I'll have to think about how we can alter the glyph positions to
match native, along with supporting complex scripts and
DrawDriverString/MeasureDriverString.
