If it does, this is a duplicate of the existing "StrictDrawOrdering" bugs, and csmt will be the fix for those. It wouldn't be unexpected for this kind of change to make such an issue visible where it previously wasn't. If it only uses Direct3D from a single thread something else may be going on.
