Running Settlers 3 (German Version 1.60) causes high CPU load in the game menu
as well as when the game is running. The game seems to playable (in theory), but
it is running _extremely_ fast: After a few seconds, the game tells me that the
game has not been saved whithin the last 30 minutes, a building is constructed
in <1 second, and the enemy attacks after a few seconds so that the game ist lost.
