[Bug 12766] Cursor incorectly drawn in Dungeon Siege

Well I can say that the cursor appears entirely without artifacts if starting
the game by double-clicking, but if to start the game from command prompt
regardless of options I see the black square around cursor.

This is disappointing since the only way to start gthe game with resolution
higher than 1024x768 is to run it from command prompt with corresponding
options.
