[Bug 10080] City of Heroes crashes when costume selection menu appears

I've tested a variety of villain-side contacts without being able to reproduce
the crash.  I've also (finally) managed to check a Rikti dropship: again, no
crash.

All the triggers I'm aware of no longer cause crashes.
