Anyway, installing Windows USB network drivers to get your hardware to work won't work with Wine. Wine is not an operating system and doesn't implement the "Windows kernel" infrastructure needed to support various kind of hardware driver classes.
If Linux doesn't recognize your hardware there is nothing Wine can do here. As general advice: don't buy hardware which is not supported by Linux (kernel). Wine can't help you with that.
