Viewing a windows help file copied from a windows installation (wpa.chm or
others) is also not working as expected.

The content of the help file is not displayed as you can see on the screen
shot.
The message:
fixme:htmlhelp:HtmlHelpW Not all HH cases handled correctly
is also displayed.

The gecko browser engine is installed and I am able to browse websites:
wine iexplore.exe http://www.winehq.org
is working as expected.
