two bugs in one, both related to the deletion of an App.

first, when the App is deleted, an email is sent to each poster informing them
that their post was deleted, including a link to the now-defunct app page.  this
gives a wrong impression to the poster, and less than useful information.

second, said email seems to only be processed for the LAST post a user made,
which is less helpful than it could be.
