Detail maps in RTHDRIBL appear to be missing, as turning them on does not make 
any visible difference. The visual difference is obvious when compared to a 
Windows screenshot.

To reproduce:
Hit b once
Hit o once
Hit m six times
Use the left mouse button to drag around the camera
Use the right mouse button to adjust the camera distance
Use Page up and Page down to bring the skull into focus
