wineshelllink, lines 148-151:

if [ -d "/usr/lib/menu" ]
  then
    mdk_entry >> "/usr/lib/menu/wine"
  fi

This throws a `Permission Denied' when run as a normal user. So i would suggest:

if [ -d "/usr/lib/menu" ] && [ -w "/usr/lib/menu" ]

to check if the directory actually is writable by the script.
