[Bug 25717] Japanese fonts sometimes shifted to the left

BTW, that ugly bug from the previous comment is the real reason for 'part one'
of comment 8 - I probably simply followed one of Aric's advices and didn't
notice it worked, cause it didn't while I removed tahoma.ttf from
/usr/share/wine/fonts for a different test (apps still worked, after I added a
Replacement key for Tahoma).
