Still present in 1.7.35, Burnout Paradise (Steam version).
Please attach a +tid,+wininet,+winhttp,+winsock,+iphlpapi with https://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=51205 to circumvent bug 38361, maybe there is some useful network related information.
