A long time ago, I bought the CS4 Suite that includes Photoshop and Premier,
etc, and I run these programs successfully on Window 11. 
Please note - Photoshop will run on my high rez monitor, but Premier will not.
Premier needs a lower resolution or it crashes, so set your screen to 1080p to
start and experiment.
