[Bug 22346] Palm Pilot: hotsync.exe could not load 'USER.DLL' required by 'COMUT16', error=2

During the bisect, the error seems to persist. However, eacht time, I get error
messages like the one below. Sometimes in other directories (like
kernel.exe16).
Can you help me with how to do bisects correctly ?
