[Bug 21424] Cygwin 1.7.1 bash crashes

Yes.  And oddly, now it doesn't crash for me even without wineconsole,
maybe it was only on the first two runs?

It does complain
bash: /dev/null: No such file or directory
bash: cannot create temp file for here document: Invalid request code
on every run, though.
