[Bug 11970] Serious Sam TSE 1.07: graphic bug (z-order)

Hi,
I confirm the bug again with the serious sam tse demo (version 1.05) and I
tested it again with my installed 1.07 to make sure that the bug is present.

I use a nvidia card: 
lspci:

01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: nVidia Corporation NV17 [GeForce4 440 Go
64M] (rev a3)

with the "newest" driver for this card. "newest" means that I have to use the
newest legacy driver:

nvidia-drivers 96.43.05

It seems to me that this is not driver or videocard vendor specific because
this uppaers on a intel and a newer nvida card too...

Hint: With direct3d this is not really a z-order problem because I get a black
screen only... ;-)
