GTA4 save game for testing

Adding a save game for testing purposes.

To use the save game:

1) Extract the tar archive and copy the "SGTAxx" file to the location of your
save games. On my system that is:
"$HOME/.wine/drive_c/users/<username>/My\ Documents/Rockstar\ Games/GTA\
IV/savegames/".

2) Rename the save game from SGTA4xx to SGTA400 - SGTA411 (depending on what
save games you already have).

3) Start the game and load the save game called "Holland Nights".

4) Go to the location marked "Fm" on the map and accept the mission.
