Attached program runs just fine under Wine, it just can do what it's supposed
to do - produce tone sounds. The reason is simple: Beep() in Wine doesn't
support frequency and duration parameters at all. According to the comment
above Beep() implementation in Wine these parameters are also ignored in Win9x.
