[Bug 11749] Sony PlayOnline doesn't launch anymore

Since we have no answer from the patch reporter, and don't know why he
can't/don't want to fix this regression. And since 1.0 is really close to
release. I'm adding Alexandre Julliard to the CC List to see what he thinks
about this regression.

I'd like to be told if, for a reason or another, this regression can't be fixed
or not.
