[Bug 16059] Fallout 3 window disappears from window list, keeps working somewhere

I've had Compiz doing the exact same things with every program I've got for
months. Wine's is the only one that disappears, and it disappears all the time.

Fallout might be to blame (it crashes often enough in other situations), or
even some weird condition in the video driver. But at the very least we could
find out exactly what causes it, but I'm a Wine noob so I don't even know where
to start.
