Freedom Force installs perfectly under Wine, but fails to execute with the
following error:
err:module:import_dll Loading library Sound.dll (which is needed by
L"C:\Program Files\Irrational Games\Freedom Force\fforce.exe") failed (error
c000007b).
err:module:LdrInitializeThunk Main exe initialization for L"C:\Program
Files\Irrational Games\Freedom Force\fforce.exe" failed, status c0000135

This DLL exists, and is, in fact, a native DLL which is in the program folder.
The only bug I could find vaguely similar to this involved Max Payne and
DirectX, and I doubt that is relevant here.
