Error Log, zoning into Nazjatar from character select screen

When I logged with trace, produced a log of over 4 million lines, before
getting to the error messages, just from starting the game, and logging into my
account, then loading my character, who is at Nazjatar.  This is taken from a
fresh git pull, and vkd3d works everywhere except for this new zone.  Changed
from trace reporting to error reporting, to make a more manageable log file.
