Neither resolution as dupe of bug 24875 or bug 25153 is correct. Well, let it be buried. I'm only updating the download link to stable snapshot via Internet Archive for documentation.

Note, I've chosen the full "offline" WL 2011 installer instead of the web-installer. The web-installer is broken because the retrieval of payloads doesn't work anymore due to broken links. Planned software obsolescence.
