I don't know how interested you are to try the game so short delays, but 1.9.12
is really outdated by now, it's not even the latest stable anymore. Latest
stable starts with 2 and latest released development versions is 2.8 (and
staging 2.8). If it doesnt work full log with more recent wine could help. And
if it doesnt show anything interesting, maybe with some channel enabled it
could expose the issue. But just testing with more recent wine would be a good
starting point.
