Michael, please retest with current wine 7.10. It seems to work fine for me,
and I don't see these error in application log file, located at:

drive_c/ProgramData/SteelSeries/SteelSeries Engine 3/Logs/gg-errorlog.txt

I think the idea is that last version number in apiset version is ignored, and
we have api-ms-win-core-version-l1-1-1 -> kernelbase mapping.
