I probably have the same bug when launching the GOG version of Total Annihilation.

As I mentioned in the comments for bug 57482 (which is not related), the game crashes with the new WOW64, but runs fine if you use WIN32 or the old WOW64 (multi-arch).
I'm using Wine builds by Kron4ek[4]
I am also using Kron4ek builds, but there is no connection to the bug. I tested all Wine versions from Wine 9.17 to Wine 10-rc2, then I built 9.17, 9.0, and 8.0 myself. All versions have the same problem, so I don't think it's a regression. It never worked.
