The d3dx10* part is now implemented, eb2946addfbb8f6d41c848aa8047b16d98199d54. It requires working d3dcompiler. It seems to work for me for NVIDIA D3D10 demos.
With wine-git and native d3dcompiler_47 I get a crash on unimplemented d3dx10_43.dll.D3DX10CreateMesh.
