[Bug 12871] Civilization 2 Test of Time is Unplayable

Install procedure works perfectly. Running the game through "WINEPREFIX method"
does not work : man must cd to civ.exe directory in order to run the game
without any error.

Then the games starts properly. Configuration steps works perfectly, and
finally game crashes when about to generate the world map. Console log
attached.
