In (at least) 東方妖々夢 and 東方永夜抄, when starting the games, sprites are drawn incorrectly. Only about half, or a quarter of the textures are used, and stretched over the sprites or something. The initial menus are okay, but break as well when you return from the game. Supposedly this bug is not present in Cedega [3].
This demo [1] might showcase the same bug, but it feels slightly different to me. When looking, I found this [2], which is supposed to be the demo of 東方妖 々夢, I will see if the bug is present there as well.
