This log still shows the same problem:

91730.063:00ae:warn:xaudio2:IXAudio2Impl_CreateSourceVoice OpenAL can't use
this format and no FFmpeg, so giving up

Check the configure output in config.log. If you build from the official Arch
PKGBUILD, it's in src/wine-staging-64-build/config.log. It may give a hint why
it can't find libavutil and/or libavcodec. It will also print "XAudio2 WMA
conversion won't be supported" if it fails to find ffmpeg.
