[Bug 39436] Gta Vice City - the black screen while playing clip at the game start

the version in 2.0_rc4 or like that(9999 in gentoo, rebuilt a couple of hours
ago). There was a problem with black screen for a long time, but now it doesn't
plays  at all. So when Bug 9127 will have resolved this problem could appears
again.
