Trying again after forcefully quitting from stuck wineprefix creation

This and the previous attachment come from Arch Linux. Somebody had the exact
same bug on Manjaro here: https://forum.winehq.org/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=35596 -
maybe there's a pattern?

The last log complained about not finding files, like:
0034:warn:file:NtCreateFile L"\??\C:\windows\system32\kernel32.dll" not
found (244318)

Even though they exist on the filesystem.

But this log says 'Unable to create file L"C:\windows\wininit.ini"' which is
actually correct, there is no wininit.ini.
