winetricks is already the newest version (0.0+20141009+svn1208-2ubuntu1).

Hovewer I downloaded the W2KSP4_EN.exe manually and put it into
~/.cache/winetriks/win2ksp4/ directory.

after then I execute "winetricks atmlib"

Now Photoshop works without errors.
