Unrelated, but it's a pity that "user32: Don't access cursoricon_object directly in CopyImage" by moving to call GetIconInfoExW forces us to make whole new bitmap copies that we specifically do not want in any of the 3 CopyImage code paths, because we'll always end up making another copy later...)
