This doesn't quite look like a version of wine that's valid for this bugzilla either...
Also, a screenshot of 'something went wrong' dialog tends to be less than useful wrt. providing info on what exactly went wrong. Especially when in that other bugzilla someone claims that things work for them.
So, given that by the info from that redhat bug you have at least wine 10.0 somewhere on your system, try getting console output from that, though as we're nearly halfway though the year, you might want to check something more recent (IIRC there were some hiccups this cycle, but things seem to have (mostly) cleared up by now).
