Do you have a test application for this?
AFAIK it affects most of Illusion games (example WineHQ forum discussion: https://forum.winehq.org/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=24954)
I've tested it on one of those (AG3: https://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=application&iId=7352).
