[Bug 25929] VGA Planets 3.5.025 fails to run

I was never able to install it with the standard graphical installer, but there
are two other approaches

Install it on a windows machine, and copy the folder over (including a few .vbx
files that were installed to the windows folder)

MANIN.BAT - a dos based script for expanding the files, and copying them to the
proper folder. [although getting a replacement for expand was interesting at
the time I did this].
