The tool bars don't disapear (most of the time) if in winecfg, display tab, you
let the windows manager control all (I have the text in french in winecfg  so
I'm not sure if I translated well).

Works nice for me, sometimes the toolbox are drawn behind, but as any other
floating window, reducing and maximizing again photoshop get all back.
